VICENTE ANTONIO YVANOVICH sworn: I am a broker of No. 3 Queen's Buildinge. About 11,50 a.m. on February 24th. I was in a ricksha driving East along Queen's Road Central approaching Beaconsfield Arcade, I happened to turn my head and saw two persons struggling on the pavement at the corner of the Hongkong & Shanghai Bank. I recognised 6th witness as one of them. I jumped out of my ricksha and went to his assistance. I cannot now recognise the man with whom he was straggling. I held the man by his wrists and pressed him down. 6th. witness and I sat on him. Then two firemen arrived, then an Englishman, and then a Chinese constable. They took the man in charge and I went away.
